The programme aims at providing professionals with a vast academic and scientific perspective in the field of international relations. Students are given theoretical and practical tools that will help them grasp issues relating to governmental and non-governmental relations at the international level, from political, economic, social, legal and historical standpoints.
The Master's programme -one of Latin America's oldest academic programmes in this area as well as the first of its kind in Chile- places particular emphasis on the latest discussions over the discipline, and focuses in developing the student's ability for critical thinking.
Topics covered by the programme include, among others, political science, international relations, international law, international economic relations, international organizations, global political economy and international negotiations.
